Accessibility Statement

Statement date: June 16, 2026

OnVerra Health LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to our website and the systems our clients, caregivers, and staff use.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. OnVerra Health aims to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA, which incorporates and goes beyond the WCAG 2.1 Level AA standard referenced by Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.

OnVerra Health is partially conformantwith WCAG 2.2 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the standard. We are actively remediating the known issues listed below.

Known limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We are tracking and remediating the following known issues:

  • On a small number of screens used by our care staff, some text and interface elements have color-contrast ratios below the AA threshold in certain states. This work is tracked and being remediated.

If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please tell us using the feedback channel below and we will help and prioritize a fix.

How we assess accessibility

OnVerra Health assesses the accessibility of its software by self-evaluation. We run automated accessibility testing (axe-core) integrated into our automated test suite across the authenticated application surfaces our staff and clients use, and we review key public pages, including this statement page, against WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Automated testing is supplemented by manual review.

Measures we take

  • Accessibility is part of our development and review process for new features.
  • Automated accessibility checks run continuously in our test pipeline.
  • Known issues are tracked to closure and re-checked over time.

Supported environments

Our website and applications are designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox) on desktop and mobile devices, and to be compatible with common assistive technologies such as screen readers.
